Who we are
Livonia Metal Roofing (livoniametalroofing.com) is a referral service for metal roofing in Livonia, MI. We don't do the work ourselves: we pass each request to one independent local contractor. Questions about this policy go to info@livoniametalroofing.com.
What we collect
- The estimate form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, the service you pick and what you write about the job. You tick a box agreeing that we may pass the request on before it is sent.
- Phone calls: when the site lists a phone number, calls go through a call-tracking service that records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and may record the call. An automated assistant may answer calls we can't take; it says so at the start of the call.
- Site visits: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The site sets no advertising or remarketing cookies.
How we use it and who receives it
We use your details only to put you in touch with a contractor about the job you asked about. We send each request to one independent local contractor, who contacts you by phone, text or email to arrange an estimate. From then on, that contractor handles your details under their own privacy practices.
Our service providers process the details for us: Cloudflare (hosting and form delivery), our email provider and, when calls are tracked, our call-tracking and call-answering providers. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests and call records for up to two years so we can answer questions about a referral, then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Email info@livoniametalroofing.com to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Tell the contractor directly if you'd rather they stop contacting you. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under its privacy law; we'll honour those requests too.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
